These Terms of Use govern your use of be-awareco.com (the “Website”), operated by BeAware (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about the BeAware security awareness, phishing simulation and human risk platform and lets businesses request a trial or contact us. Use of the BeAware platform itself, including any free trial or partner tenant, is governed by a separate agreement that you accept when the service is provided.

2. Information on the Website

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Dashboards, figures and examples marked as sample or illustrative data are not real customer results. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer; features, compliance coverage and pricing are confirmed in writing in a proposal or agreement.

  • use the Website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
