Last updated: 17 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BeAware (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit be-awareco.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. It covers the Website only. Personal data processed inside the BeAware platform on behalf of our customers and partners is governed by the agreement and data processing terms signed with each customer.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us through the free-trial / contact form: full name, company, work email, the type of organisation you represent, the approximate number of users, and any message you write.
  • Emails and calls: the content of any correspondence you send us and our replies.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the Website running. We do not use these logs to identify you.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the Website, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To answer your request, set up a trial tenant, arrange a demo or send you a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To follow up on your enquiry with relevant information about BeAware. Basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

  • our website hosting provider (Hostinger);
  • our email service provider, which delivers form submissions and our replies;
  • the technology partner that operates the BeAware platform, only where needed to provision a trial tenant you have requested;
  • professional advisers and public authorities where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or partner, in which case it is kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you (including the EU/UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@be-awareco.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

The Website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted enquiries is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
